Pastor Walt Vanderwerf, BA (Redeemer University College), M.Div (Calvin Seminary)

Walt began his ministry as a summer student in 1988, serving a church in Woodstock, Ontario. In 1989 he served 14 months in Barrie, Ontario. In 1991 he was ordained as a pastor in Edson, Alberta, where he served for 4 1/2 years. He served a church in St Catharines, Ontario from 1996 - 2007. He began ministry in Duncan, British Columbia in September 2008. He has a passion for teaching, prayer, discipleship and leadership. He is married to Ellen, and has four teen-aged children. He loves music, walking, woodworking, and watching movies.

Secretary/Receptionist: Renee de Bree, BA (Calvin College '78)

Renee is in the church office from 9 am to 12 noon. She answers the telephone and greets those people that come to the church office. She publishes the weekly church bulletin. People that want to use the church building can make arrangements with Renee.
